  We went to this location because the Marion store didn't have what I was looking for. But while at the Marion store we had our already in-contract furniture transferred from a Columbus store(because we recently moved up here)...anyways we found a couch that we wanted to trade our couch in for at the Bucyrus store. They call the Marion store to I guess be sure were customers?, have the GM transfer our info there? The worker says their manager isn't there, GM says our name and situation. They first were on speakerphone and the guy says "yea they were in here the other day...(he quickly takes him off speakerphone). This Bucyrus GM (DJ) says we can't have anything done until you go to Marion store and ask for this specific couch here. ***he didn't even try to do anything else*** the store we were at in Columbus is much nicer. Its almost worth the hour+ drive to get the service that should be given to customers.
